Small rooms are standard rooms with your choice of a king bed or two double beds. Each room contains a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

Kitchenettes
Kitchenettes are a standard motel room, but also contain a full kitchen. Kitchenettes contain either a king bed or two double beds.

Apartment
The Apartment is on the second story of the motel. It contains two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one bathroom. The main living area also contains two futons. A full kitchen is also included.
Nightly Rates: $160 + tax ($177.60)
Weekly Rates: $960 + tax ($1,065.60)

The Tyler House
The Tyler House is a five bedroom, two bathroom, two story home. It contains two king beds, two full beds, and one queen bed, along with a full kitchen. There is a two night minimum stay.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bathroom (shower, no tub), den, living room, dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 TV in living room.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 full beds), 1 bathroom (shower/tub combo), TVs in all upstairs bedrooms.
Nightly Rates: $275 + tax ($305.25)
Weekly Rates: $1,650 + tax ($1,831.50)

Karla's Cottage
Karla’s Cottage is a five bedroom, two bathroom, two story home. It contains three queen beds and three full beds, along with a full kitchen. There is a two night minimum stay.
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed), 1 bathroom (shower, no tub), living room, dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 TV in living room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds), 1 bathroom (tub, no shower), no TVs upstairs.
Nightly Rates: $250 + tax ($277.50)
